It’s completely free to vote and always will be.
Can I vote more than once?
Yes and No. Our terms state that you are not allowed to vote for the same team more than once within a 90 day period. So you may vote for your team now and then again after 90 days. This is because you are only allowed to participate in the contest once every 90 days.
Can I vote for multiple teams?
Yes, it’s possible for you to vote on multiple teams. But you can only participate in the contest every 90 days. We only count “official” votes, meaning fans must have provided accurate information and verified their email address.
How are winners chosen?
We use automated software that selects winners at random.
When are the prize winners announced?
At Zupporta, we announce the winners through a variety of channels. Rest assured that before we notify all participants, we will contact winners directly by phone. Please note that the announcement of winners may take place on several occasions, so be sure to keep an eye out for updates from us!
Are there any ways to increase my chances of winning?
Yes. By responding to and completing Zupporta’s quizzes and surveys within the prize draw window, you increase your chances of winning.
Why do I need to add my contact information?
Zupporta relies on “official” votes for teams. That’s why we ask you to verify your email address - we need a real winner, rather than a bot - so our competitions can run smoothly. We and/or our partners also need to be able to get in contact with the winners to be able to deliver the prizes and offers.
